I have over ten years of customer service experience, I have strong communication skills, and excellent organizational skills. A good property manager is extremely detail-oriented. At your service provides the following services: advertise your property for rent, show the property to prospective residents, maintain consistent communication with owners and residents, screen new applicants, provide ongoing tenant customer service, collect rent, set rental rates, renew lease, perform move in/move out inspections, perform inspections as needed/warranted, handle tenant issues/problems, manage evictions, coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors, performs basic accounting duties.
